01 Watch and reflect
A 10 to 15 minute video with Scott or Eugene, a real-world scenario, then a guided reflection in your workbook. On your laptop or your phone, whenever you have the time.

Each module ends with one application challenge to try with your team before the next module. A short quiz checks what you retained. The change happens between the modules.
03 Earn a certificate
After the 32 modules, a certificate validates the mindset and the skills you practiced. Your certificate is issued automatically, with a unique verification ID to share on LinkedIn.

How long does it take?
About 6 hours of video across 32 modules, plus short exercises. Most learners finish in 4 to 6 weeks at 10 to 15 minutes a day.
Is it self-paced?
Yes. Modules unlock in order and you can pause and resume on any device. There are no live sessions to attend.
What language is it in?
American English, with captions. The videos are avatar-based, led by Scott Hatley and Eugene Wallace.
How do I get the certificate?
It is issued automatically when you complete all four sections and 32 modules. You can download it as a PDF and share it on LinkedIn.
